The trailer for the new live-action of Lilo & Stitch just dropped, and like any devoted Disney girly, I have thoughts. 

For one, Lilo & Stitch is one of my favorite Disney films ever. It's a rare kind of movie that I can watch countless times and never get tired of it. I could probably quote most of it, and it truly holds a special place in my heart. It's honestly perfect. So my first initial thought when I heard about the live-action was, well, why do we need it? Since one of the main characters still has to be an animation, I don't really understand why the live-action is necessary. 

Yet, here we are, and after watching the trailer, I feel slightly more excited about it. Lilo is adorable, Nani seems really cool, and even though many people are skeptical about Pleakley and Jumba being disguised as actual people, I still think it might be fun.
